Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 – Log in to your account on App or website.

Step 2 – Go to completed orders and select the concerned order.

Step 3 – Next, select the products you wish to return and click on return.

Step 4 – You will get a confirmation email on your registered email ID, and we’ll arrange for a pickup.

Step 5 – Once the returned products are received and verified at the warehouse, you can expect the refund in the original source account within 4-7 business days. Alternatively, you can opt for accepting the refund amount within 4-7 business days to your bank account or initiate as refund vouchers, to be availed during the next purchase.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

Step 1 – Visit the ‘Support’ section on your account, fill out the query form, and submit.

Step 2 – A prompt with your ticket number will appear and you’ll receive a confirmation email. 

Step 3 – You might be requested to share images and videos of the product along with order details. 

Step 4 – We’ll pick up the products within 4-7 business days upon receiving all necessary information.

Step 5 – If the returned products are in appropriate condition, replacement will be initiated.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Bank Processing Time: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Gift Giver: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
